Spring is Starting to Tease

Yesterday afternoon was gorgeous and sunny: almost too warm for my heavy winter coat during my after-lunch walk.  Last night, I played with the kids in the backyard until after 6:00.  I did not need my coat at all.  I noticed daffodils starting to bloom.  Today is very dark, windy and rather foreboding looking outside.  It would be nice to see some beautiful Hartford flowers brightening up the day.  Ah, soon enough, cherry blossoms will be coloring the landscape pink and the smell of fresh-cut grass will be in the air. It is coming. I can feel it!
