Anyone else have the challenge of eating right when you are around kids? I do pretty well with eating healthy at breakfast and even lunch, but when it comes to dinnertime with the kids, I far too often fall prey to their mac and cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches, chips, cookies..etc. Hard to just say no sometimes, but that would be easier than needing to find diet pills that work!
Oh, gotta go take the cookies out of the oven...
