I've mentioned that my healthy way of dealing with stress has been to go walking...generally just that - walking, not jogging or running. Once this summer I cranked it up to all out running. "Exorcising my demons" I believe I told a friend. Get physically exhausted enough, it puts the emotions in perspective, or makes them harder to feel, or something too profound to illuminate since I am only on my first cup of coffee. Although with the rain that is soon expected, the option of an indoor nordic track would be nice, there is something therapeutic about getting out into nature. It was a gorgeous day yesterday. I walked 3 miles.
